The timeline for lifting restrictions - expressed as "in the coming weeks" - came from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
Militias of Anglia said loud sounds would be anticipated during military demonstrations, and dogs were not permitted. The event will open to the public at 10:00 BST on both days.
Two Parliamentarian cavalry troops will be marking the 425th anniversary of Oliver Cromwell's birth. The Civil War leader and Lord Protector was born on 25 April 1599 in Huntingdon. The re-enactors will parade on horseback in the town's square, where Cromwell raised his first troop of 60 cavalry to fight for Parliament against King Charles I.
Cromwell Museum curator Stuart Orme said: "He was born and raised here and it left an indelible mark on him.""It's significant that when war broke out it was important for him to come back to Huntingdon to raise his first troop, and it's appropriate to mark that with some of these wonderful soldiers where they were drilled and paraded in that first year of the Civil War," said Mr Orme.
"He came to recruit here, even though he was living in Ely at the time, as he knew a lot of the people in the area and the local networks."
Cromwell helped the Parliamentarian forces defeat Charles in the Civil War, which resulted in the monarch being tried and beheaded. Cromwell went on to become Lord Protector. The execution of the long-range drone strikes is being co-ordinated by Ukraine’s intelligence agencies, who work in secrecy. But the BBC has been told by other sources about some of the detail.
Scores of drones can be fired for any one mission – as many as 60 at one target. The attacks are mostly carried out at night. Most will be shot down. As few as 10% may reach the target. Some drones are even shot down along the way by friendly fire - Ukraine’s own air defences.
Ukraine has had to work out ways to counter Russian electronic jamming. Terminal Autonomy’s Scythe drone uses visual positioning – navigating its course and examining the terrain by Artificial Intelligence. There is no pilot involved.Palantir software will have already mapped the best routes. Mr Serra-Martins says flying a lot of drones is key to overwhelming and exhausting Russia’s air defences. So too is making the drones cheaper than the missiles trying to shoot them down, or the targets they are trying to hit.
