Minister HD Kumaraswamy confirmed that Tesla would open two showrooms in India and have a retail presence."Mercedes Benz, Skoda-Volkswagen, Hyundai and Kia have shown interest [in manufacturing electric cars in India]. Tesla - we are not expecting from them," Kumaraswamy said.
